These Terms govern your use of SyncSuite for Shopify, provided by Synergy Tech Solutions. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & access

• You must have a valid Shopify store and (optionally) a Google account to use certain features. You authorize us to access your store and Google resources strictly as permitted by the scopes you approve.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and ensuring your configurations comply with your internal policies.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No attempts to access data outside the scopes and files you have granted.
• No reverse engineering or circumventing security features.

Service changes

We may modify the Services, including adding or removing features, with reasonable notice where practical. If you continue to use the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Services.

Data & privacy

Our use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Services interact with Shopify and Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app and/or revoking Google access. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts located in New South Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
